Krista Hartwell concentrates her practice on domestic and international tax with an emphasis on income, estate and gift tax planning.  Her experience includes domestic and international tax compliance, tax controversy, probate and trust administration, and business, charitable, estate, and family wealth transfer planning.  Ms. Hartwell represents clients before the IRS, the United States Tax Court, and other federal courts in income and estate tax controversies.
